Can a delegate act for more than one financial professional?
Delegates can support more than one financial professional using the same online account. Once a delegate has been established for one financial professional, other financial professionals can designate the same person to act as a delegate for their practice too.

Can I create an account on the My Security Benefit app?
Individuals who have a retirement account with Security Benefit must create an account on SecurityBenefit.com prior to accessing the My Security Benefit app.

Individuals who have a retirement account with Security Benefit must create an account on SecurityBenefit.com prior to accessing the My Security Benefit app.
To create an account, click “Register Your Account Online”, follow the prompts to create a profile, set up your security questions and two-factor authentication. Usernames must have at least eight characters (no special characters), and passwords must contain eight characters including at least one number, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and doesn't contain your username.
Once you've established your account, you will use the same username and password to access the My Security Benefit app.
Can I view all of my Security Benefit accounts using the mobile app?
Only mutual fund accounts such as IRAs, 403(b), 401(k), 457, SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, and workplace retirement plans can be viewed. Please note that annuity contract information is not viewable on our mobile app.

- Choose Manage Delegates from the My Profile menu option
- Enter the email address for their delegate; we strongly recommend an email address from the financial professional’s business
- Click Add Delegate
- Security Benefit will send an email to the delegate with instructions on how to register for access (email will be sent from [email protected])
Note: the delegate email link will expire within 7 days after it’s sent.
